The carne seca is a really tasty dried beef product! The meat is good quality, and the habanero variety is so good. The fruity heat of the habanero peppers comes through & complements the beef nicely. One area for improvement is that sometimes a bag will contain mostly meat crumbs and no larger pieces. It’s not as much of an enjoyable eating experience that way! I know the carne seca is delicate, maybe the packaging could be different to cushion or protect it from breaking down so much. Overall, the Habanero variety Vacadillos carne seca is a tasty meat treat!
