WHAT IS CARNE SECA?
Carne Seca means Dry Meat and is a culinary tradition in Latin America and Northern Mexico. Traditionally, it’s steak that is sliced and simply seasoned with chile and lime. Then air-dried and cut into mouthwatering tender, lean strips.

BETTER THAN JERKY?
Jerky needs to go. It’s bland, dry, and hard to chew. Not to mention all those preservatives, sugar, and nitrates. OK - you get it! Carne seca is tender, air-dried beef with 15g of protein, 0g of carbs, and 1g or less of sugar.

With love and FLAVOR! Tender cuts of round steak are seasoned with a combination of citrus and heat, hung to dry to lock in mouthwatering flavor and nutrients, then sliced thin into lean strips.
